Expressions of Anger
The Expressions of Anger workshop offers children a safe and supportive environment to explore the powerful emotion of anger. Through playful, interactive activities, participants are introduced to practices that help them recognize and understand anger - how it feels in their bodies, how it shows up, and ways they can channel it constructively.
Using tools and techniques designed for children, they are guided through healthy expressions of anger and frustration, transforming these overwhelming emotions into creative energy. This workshop offers children ways to develop self-awareness, navigate strong feelings, and foster emotional resilience, empowering them to build a foundation for emotional wellbeing for an often feared and rejected expression.
Navigating Fear and Anxiety
The Navigating Fear and Anxiety workshop introduces children to a supportive toolkit designed to help them recognize, meet and release fear and anxiety. Through engaging practices like yoga, focused breathing, Children's Yoga Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT - Tapping), and HeartMath, participants learn how these emotions present in their bodies and minds - and how to mobilize them to reach a space of acceptance and self-soothing.
In this play-based, nurturing session, children are guided to notice, tune into, and understand their body’s signals, completing the stress-activation cycle to release tension. This process allows them to restore a sense of safety and cultivate feelings of calm and contentment. This workshop empowers children to develop resilience, grounding them with tools to navigate difficult emotions moment to moment.
Stress Reduction for Teens
The Stress Reduction for Teens workshop introduces adolescents to practical body-based resources that they can learn to master independently. It is designed to be experiential whilst weaving nervous system education throughout the practice, empowering them to understand the practice. Teens are guided through a series of restorative yoga poses and mindful approaches to reducing stress within the body system. These approaches incorporate Somatic Expression where the body is encouraged to move through sensation, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT - Tapping), and HeartMath heart-focused breathing to enhance brain and heart coherence.

Teens will feel relaxed, more self-aware and equipped to manage life's daily stressors upon completion of this workshop.
Self-Love & Self-Compassion for Girls
The Self-Love & Self-Compassion for Girls workshop creates a warm, heart-opening space where girls can connect with one another and explore the empowering journey of self-love. Through gentle yoga, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT - Tapping), HeartMath, affirmations, and a meaningful creative project, participants gain valuable tools to cultivate self-compassion, gratitude, and a deep appreciation for their unique inner being and beauty.
This workshop encourages girls to build a practice of self-love that nourishes their hearts and minds, helping them embrace their true selves with kindness and gratitude. In the presence of supportive peers, each girl will leave with a stronger sense of self-worth and an inspiring foundation for lifelong self-care.
