
Resources for Co-regulation
This signature program has been specially designed to foster, nurture and enhance the most precious bond - that of parent and child. You will be embarking on a journey of deep connection, attunement, togetherness and belonging.
During each 45 minute somatic (body-based) immersion, you and your child will be introduced to, and guided through a variety of resources and practices to support and strengthen nervous system regulation. This will be cultivated by tuning into the body through breathwork, movement, mindfulness, meditation, play and sound.
This program aims to educate and empower you and your child to better understand your bodies and how they may respond to states of stress, fear, worry and overwhelm. Together, you will learn to listen to how the body communicates and you will develop a greater understanding of the impact that co-regulation has on you both. Strategies and tools will be provided to support the awareness and practice of returning the body, mind and heart to harmony (regulation) while encouraging the child to complete the stress response cycle where possible.
You and your child will be introduced to evidence-based techniques including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT - Tapping), HeartMath; heart-focussed, intentional breathing and visualisation, somatic (body based) expressive practices and Children's Yoga Therapy sequences specifically designed to be supportive of working through emotions of fear and anxiety.

The work that we will be doing somatically encourages both you and your child to form a solid connection to your bodies and supports you to tune into the flowing state of thoughts, feelings and sensations.

Layla and I miss your classes so much!
Wow, your program left such an impact on us. After we finished the program, Layla asked if I could buy her a yoga mat, which of course I was so happy to do. She loves doing the exercises you taught us on the mat and she uses her crystal to calm herself down. She’s also been responding well to doing the lion’s roar when she’s frustrated and the breathing when she’s upset. The family box, printouts and gifts you gave are so precious to her. Your facilitation was attuned, open, warm, clear and heart-led.
