Supporting Students in Your School
Hart in Harmony – Wellbeing for Children delivers tailored student wellbeing programs that support children to develop emotional regulation, resilience, and a sense of safety in their bodies so they can engage more confidently in learning.

Founded by Maranda Hart, Hart in Harmony empowers children through education of the body, mind, and heart. With nearly two decades of experience in early childhood education, Maranda brings a deep understanding of child development alongside a playful and engaging approach to learning.

Hart in Harmony currently partners with local schools to support student wellbeing through engaging, body-based practices that help children feel calmer, more confident, and better able to participate in learning.

Maranda supports schools in nurturing emotionally aware, resilient students through body-based wellbeing education.

Programs support students to develop practical tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience through practices including yoga, mindfulness, somatic expression, meditation, creative expression, and nervous system regulation techniques. The body-based nature of these practices allows children to experience regulation in their bodies, not just learn about it conceptually.

Each workshop or program is adapted to meet the needs of the school or group, creating an inclusive, trauma-sensitive experience that supports emotional wellbeing, confidence, and inner balance.

Programs can align with existing school wellbeing frameworks and complement initiatives already in place, while providing students with practical tools they can use in the classroom and beyond.

By integrating these practices into educational settings, students develop lifelong skills for managing stress, enhancing focus, and cultivating self-compassion - helping them feel calmer, more connected, and better able to participate in the learning environment.

Programs can be delivered as individual workshops, small-group wellbeing sessions, or multi-week programs integrated into the school day.

School Feedback
It was a wonderful experience! The children were engaged and eager to move into the different positions. Maranda did an amazing job at keeping the children engaged the whole time. The children have already made connections today to what Maranda shared, particularly 'butterfly breathing'.
Having the yoga mats were a new experience for the children here, but the way they were positioned in a circle was familiar territory and the children settled quickly onto their mats in the space. So the setup was thoughtful and inclusive.
We’d love to do it again!

We loved having you in our session - it was fantastic! The students really loved it. It was wonderful to have students join in who said they weren't going to or that weren't really interested so that is a big win!! I loved all the different stress-relief strategies.
