Hart in Harmony - Wellbeing for Children

Empowering children through education

of the body, mind & heart

Relaxed and Content child in nature
Hi, I’m Maranda!
Welcome to Hart in Harmony - Wellbeing for Children.

I’m here to guide, nurture, and empower children and families, helping them to better understand and embrace emotions and sensations they experience within their bodies. I provide tangible, body-based tools and practices to support mind, body, and heart to flow with greater ease.

My many years in early childhood education fortify my approach, allowing me to bring a playful and deeply aware perspective to each child’s unique journey from their earliest years. I believe that every child holds an innate awareness, and I’m moved by how their hearts and minds find harmony when held in a safe, connected and loving space.

My personal path to empowerment, self-love and self-acceptance has directed me to this tender space. Reflecting upon the vibrant little girl I was as a child  - the one who felt everything around her so deeply and who held so much anxiety within her system, I know this is where I am needed. That little girl inspires my growth and fuels my passion to serve others with compassion and heart.

In my early twenties, my career working with children began. I have undertaken various roles in early childhood over the years ranging from a travelling Training and Assessor, Family Daycare Educator, Pedagogical Leader across multiple services to Playgroup Facilitator of a large and vibrant community.

Hart in Harmony although being a pipe-dream for several years came to life in April 2023. Since then, I’ve been blessed to engage with many children ranging from six months to twelve years and their families in workshops, my signature programs and private sessions for groups, families and individuals.

It is my dedicated mission to bring my passion; my heart-centred work, into schools, early learning environments and community spaces, supporting children and families to develop greater emotional awareness, resilience and balance while also contributing to a more harmonious and connected learning environment for educators and students. Through this work, I seek to uplift, empower and enlighten where it is needed most.

If you are eager to foster the growth and emotional development of your child, your students or your club participants, I’m here to support!
